Background

New MindLiverpool New Media and Marketing Agency, New Mind was founded in 1998 by Richard Veal and Andy Abram. The company's services include web design and development, logo and brochure design, Destination Management Systems (tourism sector) and a variety of on and off-line marketing solutions. New Mind now employs 30 staff with a UK wide customer portfolio and a reputation as one of the North West's leading agencies.

Business Issues

Right from the beginning New Mind recognised the importance of efficient tracking of business processes. With a rapidly increasing and diverse customer base, multiple projects involving design, technical and marketing disciplines and conflicting deadlines, effective monitoring and control of the project process became vital to New Mind's continued growth and success.
